Mindful Eating for ADHD‑ers - Free one‑hour taster
This is a one‑hour online taster exploring mindful eating, with a focus on how ADHD can affect eating.
The focus is on recognising our own experience with eating through live practice.
The same session is available on two dates. Please book the date that works best for you.
A structured, facilitated one‑hour session on Anxietyfitness.com with guided practice
Some shared reflection (no expectation that you must share if that does not feel ok.)
The emphasis is on exploration.
Liezl Laidlaw is a BAMBA registered mindfulness teacher and BACP registered therapist who works online with ADHD-ers. She is neurodivergent herself and aims to offer a space that takes care of your needs by offering choice and autonomy.
It is not nutritional advice.
It is an introduction, not a full course.
It is not a therapy group or professional training.

The session will not be recorded for distribution, so you may want to take notes if you find that useful. We will be eating in the session. So you could prepare a tiny snack (One or 2 bites.) The best type of snack for this purpose is something you can hold on your palm for a bit without too much mess or sense of ick!
To stay in touch, you can also sign up to my mailing list for occasional emails about future groups, events, or related work. You can do so on my contact page, or on my Anxiety Fitness page, You can unsubscribe at any time.
Please only book if you believe you will be able to attend. I offer my time and expertise for free and it would be lovely to know how many people are likely to be in the Anxiety Fitness room.
